I had to find a storage facility when my son was finishing college and chose Cherokee because of previous ratings and the proximity to our house. The manager I dealt with there was very helpful in selecting our unit, when issues came up during our time there, and very gracious and efficient when we no longer needed the space more than a year later. I have nothing but praise for their staff and facility and would definitely use them again if I needed such a service.
